Ingredients:
- 2 Large Potatoes
- 1 tspn Red Pepper powder
- 1 tspn Salt
- 2 thinly sliced green chillies
- 1 tspn Cumin seeds (zeera)
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
Method:
- Chop the potatoes into small and thin slices.
- In a deep cooking pan, heat the oil.
- Fry the cumin seeds for a few seconds, don't let them become black.
- Add the chopped/sliced potaoes into the pan and fry them.
- The potatoes will mix with the cumin seeds and start to change color.
- While frying, add the salt and pepper.
- After a couple of minutes, pour in just enough water to cover the potatoes.
- Add the green chillies.
- Let the water evaporate, this will cook the potatoes.
- You can stir the potatoes at this stage but be gentle as the potatoes might break up.
- Once the water is evaporated, you'll see oil showing on top.
- Sprinkle some corriander leaves and serve hot.

If you ask me the truth..I am simply NOT into cooking but yaar kerna parrta hai, especially when ur married :(.. I tried ur recipe of Chinday... It was Gud.. well Imran loved it..Gud work Girl.. keep it up.. :)
