A nice creamy escape from the heat. A fruity dessert for the summers.
Cold Fruit Cream

Preparation Time:
Cooking Time:

Ingredients:

Fresh cream (2 packets)
Two Guavas, medium cut without seeds
Two apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
Jelly (1 cup)
Sugar (1 cup)


Method:

1. Cut the guavas and apples in very small pieces.
2. Add sugar; cook it for about 15 minutes and let it cool.
3. Beat cream; add the jelly cubes, cold fruit and keep
it in the fridge.
4. Serve it cold.
