Ingredients:
4-5 lemons
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Chinese salt
5-6 green chilies
1/2 chicken breast pieces
1/3 cup rice
2 tbsp corn oil
6-8 cup chicken stock Method:
1. Put the rice in lukewarm water for 10 min, then fry them. Set them aside.
2. In a cooking pan, add salt, chinese salt, chicken pieces and green chilies to the chicken stock.
3. Cook this mixture for 10 minutes.
4. Now add rice and cook it for another 10 mins.
5. Squeeze lemon juice in your soup bowl.
6. Add prepared soup to this bowl.
7. Serve hot with fish crackers.
