Preparation Time: Preparation time: Cooking Time: Ingredients: 1 kg chicken (boneless) Method: 1. Fry onions, when they turn light brown add chicken (cut in cubes). This one is my favourite recipe when i have to cook dinner for myself. Its easy and very quick. The only thing I do differently is use more oil and then fry the chicken a bit extra, so it becomes slightly brown.
