Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
1 tsp corn flour
½ tsp baison
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp rice flour
Oil for frying Method:
1. Boil potatoes and cut them.
2. Mix corn flour, salt and rice flour in a bowl.
3. Add chips in the mixture.
4. Heat oil in a big pan and deep fry the chips.
5. Stir them while frying.
6.When chips are golden brown place them on to a newspaper so that it can absorb the extra oil.
