Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg
Vinegar 1 cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
Method:
1. Combine all the spices and vinegar with the chicken and mix well.
2. Leave it to marinate for 4-5 hours.
3. Then heat the marinated chicken till it comes to a boil and the chicken is tender.
4. You can serve it as it is or fry it to give it a crispy finish.
5. Serve with French fries.
