Ingredients:
- Bread 6 slices
- Potatoes 2 Medium sized
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Red chilies 1 teaspoon
- Green chilies 2/3 chopped
- Onion 1 small chopped
- Dry Coriander seeds crushed
- Oil for frying
For Batter:
- Eggs 2
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Gram Flour (Baison) - just to make a paste
Method:
- Boil the potatoes.
- Mash them and put salt, red chilies, green chilies, onion, dry corriander seeds in it.
- Mix well.
- Now cut the bread in four pieces, like small squares.
- Place the potato mixture on to the bread.
- Mix the ingredients for the batter into a wet paste.
- Now dip the bread pieces into the batter and deep fry them.

Dear Afia,
Ur recipies r good but some of them seem to be incomplete. Like the curent recipie i saw was potato patties. one of the ingredients ws gram flour and it ws not mentioned in the procedure of making the patties.
Kindly recheck..
