Ingredients:
- 8 boned, skinless chicken breast halve
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt n pepper, to taste
Method:
- Trim all visible fat from chicken; dry and score the smooth surface.
- In a baking dish combine the oil, garlic and seasonings.
- Add chicken and spoon the garlic oil over.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or marinate at room temperature for 2 hour.
- Heat the barbecue grill rack and cook chicken over a medium heat until firm
to the touch.
