Boneless chicken in a thick white sauce with a slight tinge of cheese for flavor.
Chicken in creamy sauce

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger/garlic paste 1teaspoon
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Soya sauce 2tablespoon
  • Chinese salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion half [cut it in cubes]
  • Green pepper 1 cut it in cubes
  • Cheddar Cheese a small cube for taste
White sauce (see Chicken Pie for recipe)

Method:


  1. Marinade the chicken for two hours.

  2. Stir fry the ginger/garlic paste for 2 min

  3. Then add chicken into it.

  4. When it changes color add chicken stock into it.

  5. Now add onion and green pepper and slow down the heat.

  6. Make white sauce and pour it into the chicken

  7. Add cheese and mix it well.
