Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Ginger/garlic paste 1teaspoon
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Soya sauce 2tablespoon
- Chinese salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion half [cut it in cubes]
- Green pepper 1 cut it in cubes
- Cheddar Cheese a small cube for taste
White sauce (see Chicken Pie for recipe)Method:
- Marinade the chicken for two hours.
- Stir fry the ginger/garlic paste for 2 min
- Then add chicken into it.
- When it changes color add chicken stock into it.
- Now add onion and green pepper and slow down the heat.
- Make white sauce and pour it into the chicken
- Add cheese and mix it well.
