Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Onion 1 whole
- Ginger 2 tablespoons chopped, 1 tablespoon crushed
- Salt To taste
- Red chilies 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Yogurt 3/4 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Fry the chopped onion until it is golden brown.
- Add some water in it.
- Now fry chicken for 5-6 minutes.
- Chicken will change its color.
- Now, add salt, chilies, back pepper and crushed ginger in yogurt.
- Pour this yogurt into the chicken turn the heat slow.
- Add chopped ginger after 10 mins.
- Cook till the chicken is tender.
- Garnish it with green chilies and coriander.
Note: you can use boneless chicken as well.
