Ingredients:
- Bread Slices
- Chicken (boneless) - 500 grams
- Cheese - 450 grams
White Sauce:
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Flour – 1/4 cup
- Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Mustard powder – 1/2 tsp
- Milk – 1 cup
Method:
- Place slices of bread in your Pyrex or oven proof dish.
- Fry boneless chicken in a pan, add a pinch of salt n pepper.
- Now, spread the chicken on the bread slices.
- Then prepare the white sauce according to the method described below and pour it over the chicken.
- Cover the dish with a thick layer of grated cheese.
- Place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180C (until the cheese melts).
To prepare the White Sauce:
1. Heat butter in a frying pan.
2. Add flour, black pepper, mustard powder and salt.
3. Stir well for 2 minutes, then add milk.
4. Keep stirring while pouring the milk and make a thick paste.
