Ingredients:
Marie biscuit - 1 pack
Walnuts - 100 grams
Bananas (sliced) - 6
Condensed milk - 1 small tin
Cream - 1 packet (250 ml.)
Method:
1. Place the condensed milk tin in a pot of boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
2. Crush marie biscuits into small bits.
3. Place a layer of crushed biscuits in your presentation dish.
4. Then crush walnuts and sprinkle them over the biscuits.
5. Slice bananas and place them on walnuts covering the whole dish.
6. Open the condensed milk tin very carefully. Since the milk inside is hot, it will boil out of the pressurized tin. Pour the hot condensed milk into the dish so it forms a layer over the biscuits and bananas.
7. Whip the cream in a bowl until it thickens and pour it into the dish forming a thick layer covering the underlying ingredients.
8. Refrigerate the dish for an hour or so.
